What Do You Think?

If you suddenly got $10 million, what would you spend it on?
If I had $10 million, I would like to spend all of it on something that is very useful that everyone in the city of Mohammedia can take advantage of.
With that amount of money, I would build for every bus stop in the city of Mohammedia a little waiting area that could protect people from the sun when the weather is too hot and from the rain when the sky is grey and stormy while they are waiting for the bus to arrive. I am sure something like this will be very useful for the people of my city.
If I had $10 million, I would design practical public trash bins and build them on every road, especially in the region of Beni Yakhlef, where plastic bags and spoiled food and many other litter are everywhere you go. It is clear that in the city of Mohammedia, people don’t know what to do with a plastic bag after eating a sandwich or a bus ticket after getting off the bus, for example. I am sure something like this will be very useful for the people of my city.
It is very strange in the year 2024, which means now to wander in a city like the city of Mohammedia in Morocco and you don’t know the names of the streets you are walking on. If I had $10 million, I would build street signs with huge letters that inform people about each street name. In case there is an emergency, walkers in my city will be able to report an accident rapidly simply by providing the names of the two streets that intersect, and this could save lives. In addition, I would make the street name signs visible to walkers rather than hidden somewhere we do not know.
In brief, $10 million would be very helpful to build bus stop waiting areas, practical public litter bins, and visible street name signs for the people of the city of Mohammedia. I wish I had it. -
Some people prefer to plan activities for their free time very carefully. Others choose not to make any plans at all for their free time. Which do you prefer?
My free time is my best time, so I try to plan it usefully. I want to be sure to spend every minute of it well. In this way, I do not waste any of it. I can use it for any necessary preparations and for doing as many things as possible.
My free time is valuable; I do not want to waste it. If I do not plan well my leisure time, I might spend more of it trying to think what to do. Last time, I was in a coffee shop in Alia, Mohammedia, and I had no plan. I almost wasted two hours staring at people in the street and from time to time looking at my cell phone. In the end, I returned home doing nothing. It was a real waste of my valuable free time.
If I am planning for an activity on the weekend ahead of time, I can also make my preparations ahead of time. For example, if I want to go to Sablettes Beach on the weekend, I can have my food all prepared beforehand. I can have my parasol, the plastic table, and the chairs all packed ahead of time. I can make sure that my car is in good condition ahead of time. While I am at the beach, I just enjoying myself. By making a plan ahead of time, I am sure I will be ready to do just what I want to do.
Making good use of my free time has always been my interest. With a well-done plan of my free time, I can do many activities. If I plan well my free time, I can read several books a year just with thirty minutes read a day. I can improve my English learning or learn a new language during my free time. I can stay in good health just by running fifteen minutes a day. I am sure good planning of my free time will give me a head start in life.
All in all, it is always best to plan anything ahead of time, especially my free time because it is my best time. -
Unforgettable Trip
My trip to Marrakesh in September 2023 was not my first visit in there, this unforgettable trip helped me realize something about life.
I flew to Marrakesh city on September 5. The first two days were eventful. I visited a few friends and had so much fun. And, I did some sightseeing. On the evening of the seventh, I was invited to a friend’s house who I had not seen in for many years. We had a late dinner and endless conversations about when we were kids at school. After a peaceful evening, I returned to my hotel and before I went to bed, I was reading the 15 pages I had to read every day before I go to sleep. At 11:40 p.m., a severe earthquake measuring nearly seven on the Richer Scale hit Marrakesh city. I was sitting on the chair beside my desk, but the violent side-to-side movement of my room made me stand up and run outside. Then, I could hear the rumble of the building as it was shaking. I could see that the hotel floor was trembling like a leaf. I could hear that the walls of the building were going to collapse. I really believed that I was going to die. In the end, approximately 2800 people died in this terrible tragedy, but I was lucky enough not to be among them.
I learned from this unexpected tragedy that we should live each day as though it is our last because life could end at any time.
